Rastas and Kohoutková join the competition

Mr. Jarmo Rastas and Ms. Barbora Kohoutková will join the Helsinki International Ballet Competition as teachers.

Mr. Rastas is well known to HIBC alumni, he is a well loved teacher that we are happy to see rejoin us. Rastas has had a long and outstanding career at the Finnish National Ballet. He is now a full time teacher and repetiteur.

Ms. Kohoutková is the junior gold medalist and Grand Prix Winner of HIBC 1995. She danced at the Finnish National Ballet 1996-2001 and has later had an impressive career at Munich, Boston Ballet and Hamburg. We are honored to have her as a teacher during the competition. She will be a great inspiration to all participants.
