Accommodation
Board and lodging expenses for the competitors, their non-competing partners and pianists (if any) during the competition are taken care of by the organising committee of the competition.
The travel expenses (to Helsinki and back) must be paid by the individual participants.
Participants will stay at the Scandic Hotel Continental Helsinki.

Participants must arrive in Helsinki on 31st May 2009 to register. Board and lodging expenses will be paid until 12th June. Anyone arriving before 31st May or staying after 12th June will be responsible for securing their own accommodation at their own expense.
Competitors and partners who have been eliminated are invited to stay for the rest of the competition at no additional cost.
Non-competing partners are invited to arrive two days before the round they will be performing in.
For accompanying trainers, coaches and family members a special rate will be available. For other, more economical options please contact the Competition Office.
